Reports To: Customer Service Manager / GM

Shift: Monday–Friday, 11am–4pm | Closed Sundays

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Pay: $15.00/hr guaranteed (base + tips)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Full English fluency required — non-negotiable for this role; genuine warmth and hospitality instincts are the other non-negotiable.
• Speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment; composure with difficult guests; curiosity to know the menu deeply.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet every guest warmly, take orders accurately and process payments at the counter.
• Know the menu and answer guest questions with confidence.
• Keep the counter, register and dining area clean and stocked.
• Work with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service fast and friendly.
